We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. If you are passionate about the beauty industry and have a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you!

Duties :

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening and understanding their needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
Recommend hair care products to clients based on their individual needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements :

Proficiency in barbering techniques.

Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is a plus.

Knowledge of salon software for scheduling and inventory management.

Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Familiarity with eyelash extensions, nail care, or other beauty services is advantageous.

Strong mentoring skills for assisting junior stylists.

Understanding of retail math for product recommendations.

Previous experience in store management or front desk operations would be beneficial.
