Job Summary
Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will work in multiple settings such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds
- Change dressings
- Perform medically necessary debridement
- Establish plan of care and work within protocols established by medical director
- Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Assess, diagnose and manage chronic conditions for patient population
- Communicates with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in patient's condition
- Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling
