To strengthen our team in Clayton, NC, we are looking for a dedicated skilled Warehouse Associate II What You Will Do :
- Driving the company truck and van to deliver product and WIP.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. including daily Maintenance Log on company vehicles.
- Complete daily deliveries safely and efficiently Obey all safety and traffic laws as required by law.
- Be courteous and respectful to customers.
- Assisting in correcting any issues brought up by QA, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
- Taking scrap to the approved scrap yard / landfill Assisting in control of vendor pallet inventory Assist Warehouse Supervisor in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment as necessary.
- Put released product into finished goods inventory and pull product from FG for shipping.
- Ensure that all FG are being stored in locations that protect the integrity of the product.
- Operate fork truck and clamp truck in warehouse as necessary.
- Assist Warehouse Associate I, II, III position as necessary.
- Ensure that warehouse is kept clean and orderly at all times.
- Ensure that trucks being loaded with finished goods are inspected for cleanliness and safety prior to loading.
- Pull raw materials in FIFO order.
- Assist in maintaining the raw material segregation area to quickly disposition material.
- Use all PPE’s as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You Have Done :
Inventory & Order Fulfillment Experience with picking, packing, and shipping orders.Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or manual logs. Equipment Operation Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery (certification may be required).Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.Basic Computer Skills :
Using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).Entering data accurately into inventory or shipping software. Safety Awareness Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.Experience maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment. Teamwork & Communication Working effectively with supervisors and team members.Reporting issues or discrepancies clearly and promptly.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
