We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead HVAC Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role will support both residential and commercial clients , handling installations, service, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, recommending effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available for weekend service as required.
