Current CA state license is a plus.

As a Federally Qualified

Health Center, this site is eligible for Public Student Loan

Forgiveness (PSLF).

Referral resources

include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case

worker.

Facility hours for this location are

Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm.

Patient mix is a majority

adults.

15-18 patients per day per provider.

• Point of Care testing available at site;

minimal labs.
