Responsibilities

The Role

The Senior Director, RPO Recruitment Sales leads business development efforts in Korn Ferry's North America Projects' and small RPO capabilities. This position will also be responsible for developing partnerships and collaborating with other leaders to conduct sales pitches for clients within various industries.
