About the Role

This is a technical, individual contributor role that consists of preparing drawings and documentation, fabricate tools, equipment and prototypes, and conduct experiments and tests

Shift

  • This position doesn't conform to our regular first shift operation
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 8-5pm

Your Key Responsibilities

Product & Process Documentation :

  • Complete assignments following the instructions of others or as indicated by explicit documentation
  • Complete drawing changes and revise other documentation in support of product and process design
  • and development

  • Perform product or process engineering change orders
  • Testing and Evaluation :

  • Build / assemble prototypes, fixtures, and other equipment or machinery
  • Perform tests, inspections, and other evaluations of products and processes based on defined procedures and standards
  • Technical Support :

  • Remain current on product, process, and equipment developments
  • Provide input to resolution of internal and external customer technical issues
  • Administrative Activities :

  • Complete business system (e.g. MAC-PAC) entries including : Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, part masters, designs, and customer order updates
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Understand and follow all organization and department safety policies and procedures
  • Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (3-5 years)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with technical products
  • SolidWorks experience is a plus
