About The Position

License : Must have valid state RN license in hand prior to start date

Must-Have :

Experience in heart / lung transplant, valve replacement, aortic dissection, and receiving pump lines from perfusion.

Circulating experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Must have Level 1 Trauma Experience.

Experience in CV, PV, Heart, and Lung Transplant with 3s and 4s in skill level.

Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in CVOR.

The role involves circulating during complex procedures including heart and lung transplants.

Experience in handling aortic dissections and related perfusion processes is required.

The schedule includes a night shift of four ten-hour workdays.

Call and holiday shifts are mandatory, totaling 90-120 hours of call in a six-week schedule.

RNs will need to be well-rounded, as there may be floating to other areas except CV & Transplant.

This position will involve working with advanced surgical equipment.

All candidates must have supervisory references provided.

Travelers will float within the facility or to nearby affiliate hospitals as necessary.

Candidates must work two out of three major holidays.

Local travelers will be considered based on specific regulations.

Floating is required for all travelers.

The role supports a daily patient census of 70-80 with 24 operating rooms available.
