Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU\n\nMilwaukee, WI, United States\n\nSign-On bonus for eligible candidates of up to $10,000\n\nWhere You Will Work\n\nJoin our Level III, 23 – bed NICU unit at Aurora Women's Pavilion at West Allis. Our team works with 24 / 7 Neonatologists who specialize in providing comprehensive and individualized care to our NICU patients. We work with a variety of teammates including our therapy department that includes occupational, physical, and speech therapists alongside our post-discharge follow-up clinic to ensure our patients continue to thrive outside the confines of the NICU.\n\nWe're Looking For\n

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing\n
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association\n
• Neonatal resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 6 months of hire.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.\n
