We’re hiring a Servicing Operations Manager to lead escrow servicing and AIO loan boarding operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting strategic initiatives in the Loan Servicing Department.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced mortgage servicing professional who thrives in balancing staff oversight with operational execution and compliance excellence.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and oversee escrow servicing and AIO loan boarding teams to meet department goals and service levels
- Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and support ongoing growth
- Monitor workloads, adjust assignments, and promote a positive, high-performance culture
- Oversee accurate loan boarding, escrow analysis, disbursements, and tax / insurance payment processing in compliance with regulations and investor guidelines
- Troubleshoot escalated issues related to escrow calculations, boarding errors, and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (RESPA, CFPB servicing rules), investor requirements, and internal policies
- Create and maintain procedures, checklists, and training materials for consistency and accuracy
- Prepare and support audit responses, internal reviews, and compliance monitoring activities
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with Loan Operations, IT, Compliance, and other business units
- Support system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new servicing initiatives
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)Minimum 5 years of mortgage servicing experience, with direct escrow management or loan boarding experience2+ years in a leadership or team lead role preferredStrong knowledge of loan servicing systems, processes, and investor / regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with escrow analysis, disbursements, vendor management, and AIO productsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mortgage servicing platformsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detailWhy Join Northpointe?
