RH is seeking an Associate Hospitality Leader to support leadership in the development and execution of business strategies.

Your Responsibilities
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every dayDeliver P&L results in line with company expectations for revenue and operating incomeDevelop and maintain strong protocols with regards to service standardsDevelop a strong Hospitality Leadership team to address and grow the businessDirectly lead all Dining Room associatesDevelop strong partnerships with leadership across the property, ensuring there is a cohesive and seamless integration of the restaurant within the broader guest experienceMentor, train, and conduct in-the-moment coaching to develop teams and deliver salesEmbrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacleFoster and maintain open communication between Dining Room and Kitchen Leaders and associatesMulti-task at a high level; prioritize among multiple complex daily prioritiesOur Requirements
2+ years leadership experience in the Hospitality industryAbility to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to lead a team and own accountability for specific revenue goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detailTeam player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mindStrong decision-making abilitiesPhysical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of timeAbout Us
