Key Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic communication planning from concept through successful project completion
- Develop and execute change management activities for distributed teams across the US and Canada
- Author high-impact communications, newsletters, presentations, and branding collateral
- Monitor adoption through data analysis, surveys, and stakeholder interviews
- Create compelling messaging using research, analytics, and audience insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams
- Utilize quantifiable metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Support data transformation initiatives with agile change management strategies
- Travel approximately 15% to wind and solar sites to engage with field teams
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of relevant experience in communications or change managementBachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fieldProven expertise in strategic communication plan development and executionExceptional writing, editing, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong project management capabilities with demonstrated discipline in executionExperience with market research and analyticsSound business and financial acumenAbility to thrive under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsCreative problem-solving abilitiesDedication to customer service excellencePreferred Qualifications :
