A Commercial Superintendent oversees construction projects, managing daily operations, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. They coordinate tasks, manage resources, and maintain communication among various parties involved.

Education and Experience :

• Roofing production supervision experience in shingles, single-ply, sheet metal, and torch-down roofing is required.
• Subject to passing background & driving record
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and smartphone skills are required
• Ability to travel when required throughout Texas. We are proud to announce to future candidates that we are expanding into Arkansas and Colorado! We are looking for candidates who will grow with the company!
• High-school diploma or equivalent
