SAFe Certified Agile Coach

A company is looking for a SAFe Coach to support their DevSecOps Portfolio on a Department of Veterans project.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and coach multiple high-performing Agile development teams

Train, mentor, and guide teams to improve Agile practices across the organization

Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines and requirements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline

Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is mandatory

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile coaching

Proven experience as an external Agile Coach or Consultant at the Program and Portfolio levels

Strong technical acumen with an understanding of Agile engineering practices
