Overview

Member Service Representative - Pinetop Branch, Pima Federal Credit Union, Tucson, AZ. Full-time position. Seeking candidates with a strong work ethic and customer-focused service in a credit union environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process teller transactions; open and close accounts; update member information; conduct loan application interviews; process loan applications and fund loans; present loan disclosures.
  • Assist members from start to finish, establish rapport, listen to needs, and promote financial products and services to meet members\' needs.
  • Step into the teller line as needed to process banking transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Aim to achieve individual and team sales goals; stay up-to-date on credit union products and services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of current financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Representative OR two years of current sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling
  • Intermediate proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to offer solutions that meet members\' needs
  • Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion
  • Preferred : Working knowledge of Symitar (Episys); bilingual English / Spanish
