Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Deliver in-store experiences through makeup application, skincare, fragrance, or hair consultations as appropriate.
• Support high-performing team efforts in in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Participate in training and development opportunities and contribute to a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The anticipated hourly range is $24.00 to $36.00, with actual pay depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position is eligible for a competitive bonus program.
