If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you. Candidates new to the industry start with a $2500-3000 base salary per month and have uncapped earning potential through their commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
