Key Responsibilities
Grow and expand a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSP accounts through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
Champion AI productivity training and security offerings to drive partner adoption and revenue
Run virtual meetings to showcase product updates and guide implementation of new features
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS
Experience in channel sales or the MSP space is preferred
Familiarity with AI tools and SaaS-based training or compliance products is a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Ability to work autonomously in a high-velocity environment
