Director's Secretary
Position Summary
Provides support and performs operational and administrative duties for the Director of Risk Management. Coordinates the day-to-day administrative operations of the Risk Management Department. Coordinates and maintains employed physician / extender liability information. Maintains System vehicle and authorized driver roster. Assists Corporate Compliance Officer as needed.
Education
Associates of Business - Preferred
Experience
2-3 Years Administrative Office - Required
Ability to work with risk management personnel by providing a working knowledge of administrative procedures and risk management functions. Proficient in secretarial support functions and ability to provide an understanding of administrative procedures. Maintains the ability to converse with system and outside personnel and initiate problem solving techniques. Organizational and operational skills.
