Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Business Systems Consultant with liaison and relationship management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Responsible for consulting to Information Technology and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning, and implementation of cross-functional applications. Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how business units conduct business. Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of business\'s current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective. Aware of and influences future technology capabilities and strategy. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on large process improvement projects designed to improve business results. Works with senior business stakeholders to identify, refine, and document business needs using techniques like business process modeling and use case development. Assists and at times, may lead clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex application problems related to system functions. Often first point of contact for user support and problem solving. May manage projects. Frequently interfaces with business lines, including management, and / or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project / release work. Works with, and sometimes leads, technology and application development teams to design or select solutions that appropriately meet the business needs for large and complex projects. Reviews and coordinates execution of test plans for multiple projects. Looks for opportunities to improve testing process.

• At least 10 years experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
