Sr. Manager, Fc Operations
The Sr. Manager, FC Operations role is responsible for providing leadership within the operations compliance program for the company, leading efforts across numerous cross-functional teams in regards to quality and vendor compliance. Supports the Director of Supply Chain Compliance / FC Operations in creating the vision and implementing strategy within the FC and omni-channel network. This role is also responsible for ensuring flawless executive of Inbound and Outbound operations including but not limited to ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped within committed times, returns are processed in reasonable time, and inbound of inventory is properly audited, inspected, and tagged properly.

What You'll Do :
- Direct areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to : Post-Factory QA, Vendor Compliance, FC Operations (DTC Picking & Packing, Retail Prep, Receiving, Inventory Control)
- This role is responsible for serving as an ambassador of the Duluth Culture. This includes leveraging the 10 Welds as a guide to drive results, employee engagement and team / self-development
- Hires and develops a talented staff to support and execute the company strategy by setting clear direction, stretch goals, distributing work appropriately, planning activities, driving for results, following up and rewarding high performing individuals
- Assist company leadership in setting the strategy and direction for the supply chain compliance program across the entire FC network. This is based on future business development opportunities, external factors, emerging technology and customer needs
- Manages multiple projects at once; plans, arranges, and assists with the organization and negotiation of contracts, services, and vendors. Communicates status on a regular basis
- Review daily vendor delivery performance, ensuring all issues of non-compliance prior to, and at the point of receipt are addressed
- Reports and presents financial updates, projects, and goals to Director of Supply Chain Compliance / FC Operations and the VP Logistics
- Responsible and accountable for departmental budgets, department CPU (cost per unit), personal productivity measures and achieving service level agreements to our customers and business partners
- Leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- This role may require some weekend and 2nd shifts

Compensation Range : $88,000 - $115,000 / year
This position is eligible to participate in the company bonus program.
