Your Role

As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop effective therapy plans.
  • Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
  • Provide treatments aimed at relieving pain and restoring function.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about care plans and progress.

    • Licensure Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of MA.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
