Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes.

Identify and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent supply and quality.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.

Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and supply chain efficiency.

Conduct regular spend analysis and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage supplier risk and resolve any supply-related issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Sourcing Manager should have :

• A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost efficiency.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with market trends and risk management practices in sourcing.
