What You'll Do :
Be a warm, empathetic first point of contact for seniors and their loved onesListen deeply and offer tailored solutions with compassion and careYou'll spend most of your day on the phone, guiding families through options and documenting next steps in our CRM. You'll balance empathy with efficiency to help as many people as possible.Keep accurate and thoughtful records of conversations and services providedCollaborate with your team to continually improve and growStay current through regular training and development opportunitiesAlways reflect our core values : compassion, excellence, and respectWhat You Bring :
Strong ability to guide conversations, ask probing questions, and help families make informed decisionsBachelor's degree, college coursework, or equivalent 2 years professional experience in social work, customer service, sales, healthcare or senior living strongly preferredExcellent communication and active listening skillsComfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities at onceWeekend availabilityReady to Build Something Meaningful?
