Overview RunSwitch PR, Kentucky’s largest public relations agency, is looking for a motivated individual to support the firm’s public relations and public affairs initiatives via creative design.

Our firm’s newest position, CREATIVE COORDINATOR, is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about strategic communications using creative tactics.

Responsibilities Collaborate with account teams to produce creative content for campaigns, presentations, and media outreach

Design graphics, social media assets, presentations, and brand materials

Maintain brand consistency across clients and internal materials

Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously

Support event planning with creative materials (e.g., signage, invitations, programs)

Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to support public relations, public affairs, and marketing work

Support ad campaign placements, monitoring, and reporting

Support drafting of social media and occasional public relations / public affairs writing

Requirements Prior Creative, Graphic Design Communications Internship or Employment

Strong writing and editing skills

Flexibility and ability to cope well under pressure

Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task on a daily basis
