Overview
Were looking for a creative, entrepreneurial marketer to join our small team at Hoopes Vineyard and The Coop by Hoopes. We want someone who can collaborate with us, bring fresh ideas to the table, and then roll up their sleeves to make them happen. That might mean a quirky Instagram reel, a clever happy hour campaign, or a partnership with a local chef.
The role (23 days per week, $26 / hr) :
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across winery and caf (special events, tastings, happy hour, wine promotions, seasonal happenings).
Create content that feels alive : engaging, funny, cheeky, with a voice that makes people want to be part of the story.
Manage social media channels (posting, responding, keeping our brand personality front and center).
Draft email campaigns and newsletters that get people excited to visit, buy, and share.
Help with local outreach (hotel concierges, community groups, Napa Moms) to spread the word about events and offerings.
Track whats working and provide weekly updates on progress.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a role where ideas are encouraged and execution is expected.
Strong communicator with a big personality. You can write like a human, not a robot.
Creative and comfortable trying new things and adjusting quickly.
Reliable and organized. You follow through and can show whats been done.
Experience in marketing or social media preferred, though were open to a hungry new grad with the right energy.
