Job Overview :

The Director of Clinic Operations serves as a key leader, ensuring smooth and compliant operations across all clinics in the absence of the Executive Director of Ambulatory Services. This role requires collaboration with clinic directors, providers, and staff to plan, direct, and evaluate care delivery. The Director will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee projects that impact multiple clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide operational oversight and leadership across all clinics
• Serve as acting leader in the absence of the Executive Director of Ambulatory Services
• Collaborate with providers, directors, and staff to ensure quality patient care
• Lead projects and process improvement initiatives across clinics
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all sites
• Travel to clinic locations as needed to support operations and staff
