HVAC Mechanical Project Manager

My client is a top notch Mechanical Contractor in commercial and industrial construction. They are actively seeking an HVAC Project Manager who has experience in the HVAC and Mechanical trades.

Primary Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage / coordinate scope of work.
• Obtain permits from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Supervise the work of labor and give guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards; report any issues.
• Follow-up on any / all warranty work and maintain contact with Customer to ensure 100% Customer satisfaction.
