Registered Nurse Infusion | Mooresville, North Carolina

An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with infusion and oncology expertise in Mooresville, NC. This contract position offers weekday, day-shift hours in a structured outpatient clinic environment specializing in hematology and oncology care.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to oncology patients including those with solid tumors and anemias.

Perform port access and peripheral blood draws with proficiency.

Conduct assessments and triage, utilizing clinical judgment to support patient care.

Utilize EPIC EMR effectively for documentation and messaging within the care team.

Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

Current RN licensure with BLS certification required.

Oncology nursing experience of at least 1 year; 2+ years preferred.

Clinic experience strongly preferred but acute care nurses with oncology background considered.

OCN certification desired.

Experience with EPIC and infusion technology, including Omnicell, is highly preferred.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
