Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Hardware Engineer to design and customize high-performance circuit boards used in precision electronic measurement equipment. You will collaborate with a senior engineer, taking projects from concept through design, testing, and full bring-up. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with a consistent start time and the opportunity to grow into full product ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design and modify board-level circuits to meet unique customer requirements.
- Lead projects from schematic capture through layout, prototype, bring-up, and validation.
- Perform troubleshooting and hardware testing to ensure performance and reliability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to transition designs from concept to production.
- Contribute ideas for next- product revisions and intellectual property.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in board-level circuit design and PCB developmentStrong knowledge of PCIe interfaces with a track record of Windows PC add-in card design from concept through bring-up and validation.Proficiency with professional PCB design tools such as PCAD Cadence , or AltiumAbility to work independently and confidently in a hands-on engineering environment.Desired Skills
Experience contributing to test or control software for prototypes or production tools.Familiarity with C++ and / or MFC in a Windows environment.Understanding of RF concepts in the 10 kHz–1 GHz range.Knowledge of techniques and instrumentation for accurate amplitude and phase measurements.Background in precision programmable DC power supply designWhat You'll Achieve in Your First 90 Days
