We are looking for a skilled Web Analytics Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a vital part in tracking, analyzing, and interpreting digital performance data to drive business growth. This is a long-term contract position within the automotive industry, offering the opportunity to collaborate across teams and influence digital strategies through actionable insights.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Configure and validate tracking tags, event pixels, and analytics setups for websites and digital campaigns.
- Analyze website metrics, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to share insights with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
- Propose strategies to enhance user engagement, optimize conversion rates, and improve the overall digital experience.
- Work closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on emerging web analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and / or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, website architecture, and CRM marketing tools.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
