Key Responsibilities :
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Provide support to senior account executives with client needs and project coordination
Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist in conducting studies to determine customer incentives and program effectiveness
Develop and prepare proposals for potential customer leads on behalf of account executives
Administrative Duties :
Distribute mail and manage office correspondence
Perform clerical tasks including filing, faxing, duplicating, and processing forms
Type documents and prepare reports
Audit documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
