Act as immediate supervisor of warehouse staff Coordinate scheduling of warehouse employees Provide training and certification of forklift driving for employees Confirm product is labeled appropriately Coordinate inbound and outbound loads Enforce safety regulations, ensure employees comply with and use personal protection equipment Administer compliance of food grade warehousing standards Inventory Control Cycle counting Manage Overage, Shortage and Damaged Product procedures Ensure associates maintain equipment and cleanliness of warehouse Other duties as assigned Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move pieces using a pallet jack and dolly Possess excellent customer service, time management, and prioritization skills Must have strong communication skills Must be able to work in warehouse environment with varying temperatures This position is subject to preliminary and random drug testing High school diploma or equivalent Industry experience required Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and / or move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Cognitive / Mental Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to comprehend and use basic language, either written or spoken, to communicate simple and complex information, ideas, and information. The employee is also required to use logic to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, interpret information, and deal with abstract variables for unique or unfamiliar situations. The employee must use problem-solving skills to formulate and apply appropriate courses of action for routine or familiar situations. The employee may be required to perform numerical operations including basic counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing or more complex quantitative calculations. Work Environment : This position is primarily performed in a warehouse with varying degrees of temperatures.

Position Summary
The Distribution Supervisor implements and oversees the day-to-day functions of the warehouse. This includes the recruiting, training, and supervising of warehouse staff. This individual is responsible for maintaining inventory and working with eShipping departments to coordinate deliveries in and out of the warehouse space.
