Project Supervisor

Pay Rate : $21 per hour

What You'll Do : As a Project Supervisor, you'll lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors at customer sites. From setting up projects to building relationships with clients, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring top-quality results while fostering a motivated and successful team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Lead and support teams to meet quality, safety, and performance standards

Develop clear work instructions and train team members

Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service

Provide coaching, feedback, and support to inspectors and team leaders

Travel to customer sites (manufacturing plants or warehouses) to oversee projects

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience in customer-facing roles

Comfortable acting as a liaison between customers and the company

Strong organizational skills able to stay on top of multiple projects at once

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail

Valid driver's license (required)

Flexibility to travel to customer sites on short notice
