Project Manager - Automotive CRM

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Automotive CRM Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day execution of CRM implementation and enhancement projects for dealership clients

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables in coordination with the Program Manager

Facilitate communication between consultants, developers, and dealership teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within dealership CRM or technology environments

Solid understanding of dealership operations (sales, service, BDC, or marketing)

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK CRM

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-starter comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment
