A successful Parts Specialist must be highly organized and be able to anticipate the needs of technicians and customers to ensure that all materials needed are provided accurately and on time.

- The Parts Specialist reports to the TW Enterprises Parts Manager
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Monitor inventory and stock levels in main and service truck warehousesReceive parts stock and special-order parts in a timely mannerGuarantee all parts are properly tagged and stored in the appropriate bin locationHelp manage data analytics on parts stock values, market retail, freight cost, and restock to avoid unnecessary costsOrder parts in advance for upcoming jobsShip parts to remote technicians and customersProvide stock level and sales reports to ManagementQuote parts items for repairsField customer phone calls for parts salesLook up parts for account managers and techniciansWork with Parts Manager to source new suppliers to reduce costs and improve qualityEnsure a safe working environmentBack up shipping and receiving in unloading trucks and properly receiving shipping documentsSkills / Knowledge
Knowledge of parts inventory monitoring practicesExcellent communication and sales skillsExperience in operating forklifts or the aptitude to be trained to do soPersonal Attributes
