Job Description -
In this role, you will manage high-volume contracts, ensure adherence to company and industry regulations, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
You will play a key role in creating and implementing consulting and promotional speaker contracts while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities -
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute consultant and promotional speaker contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct contract and compliance reviews independently while adhering to regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Legal, Medical Affairs, R&D, and external consultants.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all contracting activities.
- Provide proactive support and education to stakeholders on contracting best practices.

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.3 5 years of experience managing a high volume of contracts, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.Experience handling compliance related to healthcare professionals and agreements.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business applications.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Background in procurement systems such as SAP is a plus.Nice-to-Have -
Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance in a corporate environment.Project management or negotiation certifications.
