LumiLink Assistant Nursing Manager

We are seeking an experienced LumiLink Assistant Nursing Manager to join our team as a key resource in our Nurse Connect service. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the on-call nursing resource, providing real-time clinical guidance, support, and training.
• Available to work on weekends / after hours to support our 24 / 7 nursing services.
• Oversee scheduling, coverage, and dashboard accuracy, escalating vendor issues when needed.
• Deliver remote triage and wellness checks, ensuring timely, compassionate, and expert care.
• Supervise nursing staff with coaching, evaluations, and performance management.
• Partner in recruitment, onboarding, and retention to build a strong, accountable nursing team.
• Support protocol development, compliance, and alignment with organizational values.

Qualifications

Current / active U.S. Pennsylvania State RN licensure.

Compact RN license or will obtain PA compact license within 1 month of hire (internal applicants)

Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting within the U.S.

REQUIRED :

Must be located in one of the following states in the U.S. : PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, VA, FL

Salary starting at $70,000 with a sign-on bonus.
