Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Process Engineer III responsible for supporting the qualification and ramp-up of high-speed cable manufacturing process equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for manufacturing process improvements and defect reduction

Lead problem-solving efforts in manufacturing, including root cause identification

Develop standard work documentation and present updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Associates degree with more experience may be considered)

5+ years of process improvement and equipment qualification experience required

Six Sigma experience is highly preferred

Experience in high-speed manufacturing is desired
