All successful candidates will complete a structured 46 week Sales Accelerator Program , designed to build the technical and product knowledge necessary for effective team leadership and client representation.

• Oversee performance management, ensuring delivery of client KPIs
• Support and coach team members through ongoing training and feedback
• Manage client relationships, ensuring service quality and professional standards are maintained
