About The Position

• Monday - Friday schedule 8 hours per day, 32 guaranteed hours weekly
• 30 units weekly productivity requirement
• Home health setting providing care to patients of all age groups
• Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
• Focus on neuromuscular, neurological and orthopedic disorders
• On-call coverage may be required
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Acute care or rehabilitation experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
