Job Description

David Yurman is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist to support our commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring each customer interaction upholds our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, warm, and professional service via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
• Accurately manage order entry, updates, and product inquiries
• Support after-sales requests, including repairs and service follow-ups
• Uphold policies and procedures for both eCommerce and retail store support
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
