Position Summary
The Director of Culture and Belonging leads efforts to strengthen organizational culture, advance inclusive practices, and collaborate with internal teams to support community-based partners in creating environments where all people can thrive. This role reports to the Vice President of People and Culture and collaborates across divisions to help identify and address organizational needs equipping team members with tools, training, and systems that foster a culture of belonging.
Grounded in our core values of inclusivity, courage, accountability, respect, and excellence , the Director drives culture-building efforts that prioritize respect, collaboration, and employee voice. Externally, and in partnership with U nited Way teams that support our network of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), the Director contributes to efforts that share best practices and foster meaningful conversations around inclusive and accessible practices.
The Director brings a disciplined, data-informed, and mission-driven approach to embedding culture and inclusion as core drivers of organizational effectiveness and social impact.

Qualifications

The individual should have effective communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and flexibility and adaptability . The individual will also maintain knowledge of trends in his / her area of responsibility and reviews literature to understand key issues.
