They're seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to join their team and help drive the success of upcoming projects through accuracy, organization, and communication.

About the Role :

As a Commercial Flooring Estimator, you'll play a key part in the front end of the project process preparing detailed takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposals for commercial flooring projects. You'll work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, materials, and quantities.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals for commercial flooring projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and material availability.
• Track and manage bid schedules, addenda, and proposal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify scope and ensure alignment.
• Support the project management team after award to ensure a smooth handoff and accurate project setup.
