Hog Technologies is rapidly growing our Hog Striping and Waterblasting divisions and is currently seeking to fill several Labor vacancies responsible for performing various tasks to aid in daily operations.

Job expectations :

  • Repeated physical effort including driving for several hours per day or several hours at a time, standing and walking for extended periods of time (more than several hours), loading and unloading equipment into and out of company vehicles, walking on varying ground surfaces and frequently lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Working from elevated platforms, ladders or truck beds
  • Operating hand / power tools, manual dexterity to operate keyboards and smart phones, physical agility to use arms, legs and hands repetitively
  • Working outdoors, working safely around high speed traffic areas, heavy construction equipment, fuel fumes and construction substances
  • Department Dependent- working in a wet environment with limited visibility
  • Comfortable around vehicles moving through work zones and maintaining constant awareness of surroundings on construction site including placement of machinery and equipment, other employees and construction activities
  • Vision adequate to see moving vehicles, read highway construction MOT signs, read instructions, manuals, reports, and construction plans
  • Hearing adequate to hear approaching vehicles, audible commands at a distance from supervisors, conversations in person, and over the telephone
  • Communicating clearly in English- both written and verbally, ability to complete daily paperwork as required by supervisor
  • Working a flexible schedule which can include day or night shifts, weekends and / or holidays, adjusting to a changing work schedule, working overtime and working individually and as a team with other employees
  • Valid driver's license required, will require passing MVR and controlled substance test, background and criminal record check.
  • Must maintain company standards post-employment for background checks, criminal record, driving record and controlled substance / drug testing
