Slot Technician

Location : Jefferson Department : Slots Position Title : Slot Technician Position Summary : The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions : The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are : Preform preventative maintenance, identify / trouble shoot problems with EDG's and their components Repair and test machines, move machines, convert games and assist with accounting variance checks Circulates around the Casino Floor observing players and functionality of machines Assists or verifies in making jackpot payoffs Must handle currency as needed or exchange currency at customers request Other duties as assigned Schedule : Based on business demands This job posting is intended to describe the general nature of this position.
