We are seeking a Level II Competent Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts at Mary Washington Healthcare in Saint Charles. What You'll Do

Direct and coordinate nursing care, overseeing licensed and unlicensed personnel.
Engage patients and families in care planning and discharge processes.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient care plans.
Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Orient new staff members and act as a resource for policies and procedures.
Contribute to daily operational activities to ensure a safe environment.
Provide input to the Nurse Manager regarding unit needs.
Participate in committees to formulate nursing and hospital policies.

What You'll Bring

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN experience.

Valid RN License from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.

AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire.

AHA ACLS Provider certification required within 90 days.

NIHSS (Bluecloud) certification required within 90 days.

Salary, Shifts & Location
