Job Title : Remote Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – $20–$24 / hr | Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM Location : Remote (U.S. Based) Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Pay Range : $20–$24 per hour Employment Type : Full-Time, Contract-to-HireA respected organization is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team remotely. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in collections and AR reporting who are looking for a stable, full-time role with a consistent weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including collections and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
  • Generate and analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and recommend resolution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of AR transactions and ensure timely updates in financial systems.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve AR workflows and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
  • Strong understanding of AR aging reports and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
