Responsibilities Work in the Interventional Radiology and Pain Management departments of a Level 1 Trauma Center Day shifts, 5x8 hour shifts from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, with occasional weekend shifts On-call rotation is required, including weeknights (Monday to Friday 12 : 00 am–8 : 00 am) and 24-hour coverage on weekends and holidays Mandatory float within Radiology and Pain departments and to other facilities within scope, up to 50 miles as needed Uses Cerner EMR Staff are required to wear lead aprons during procedures Responsible for providing patient care in interventional radiology and pain management procedures Position requires participation in an on-call rotation, including coverage on holidays and weekends Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed, with no more than 2 consecutive days and no RTO on weekends or adjacent to holidays Strict compliance with lab work deadlines required within 72 hours of offer acceptance Navy blue scrubs required, not provided by the facility Parking available for $2 / day at the Juvenile Temporary Detention Center with a shuttle to the hospital Proof of COVID vaccination required prior to employment Requirements Active IL RN license (no pending licensure accepted) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS Must be able to float within competency and travel up to 50 miles to other facilities if assigned Must live within a 75-mile radius of the facility COVID-19 vaccination required (booster not required) Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-625660.
