A company is looking for a Leaves Administrator for HR Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage teammate leave information in absence tracking software, ensuring compliance with federal and state leave policies
Coordinate ADA interactions and assist payroll with PTO, Paid Parental Leave, and disability auditing
Process returns to work and assist with system testing and other assigned projects
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and privacy regulations
High School diploma or equivalent required; five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate degree preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
